1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aikaruvi.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Creation & Security

To use the web application features, you must sign up for an account via our secure authentication service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login state and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Ownership & Rights

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the engineering PDFs, drawing metadata, and datasheets that you upload to the Service. By uploading documents, you grant aikaruvi a temporary, secure license to process the document content solely to perform extraction operations for you. Your data is not stored permanently beyond your requested session log and is never used to train public language models.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based payment model using Stripe in test mode. Purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits expire only if the account is closed or deleted.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service and AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. You must independently verify all extracted engineering values, dimensions, tag names, and specs before applying them to physical plants or industrial designs. aikaruvi is not responsible for any design failures or project cost overruns.
