1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address during account registration via our secure authentication service. When you upload PDFs, we store them temporarily in secure Google Cloud Storage buckets. We log AI API usage metadata (token counts, pricing costs, and timestamps) in Google Firestore.

2. How We Process Your Files

When you request parsing, we send the extracted text of your engineering PDFs to the OpenAI API via Cloud Run. We use OpenAI's Zero Data Retention / API policies, ensuring that your technical specs are never utilized to train AI base models.

3. Data Security

All connection requests are forced over HTTPS. Google Cloud Security policies and backend authorization controls validate that only you can access your database documents and file buckets.

4. Cookies & Third-Party SDKs

We use local browser session tokens (JWT) to track your active login session and Razorpay overlays to securely process payments. We do not use advertising trackers or trackers that sell your data.
