We use OpenAI's structured JSON extraction with engineering-specific schemas and validation. For well-formatted vendor datasheets and standard industry formats (ISA, IEC), accuracy is typically 95–99%. Complex hand-annotated or low-quality scans may require a quick review pass.
Yes. Each upload is stored in an isolated, encrypted Google Cloud Storage bucket under IAM-controlled access. Your documents are never shared between accounts and are never used to train any AI model. You can delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

The structured JSON output is designed to map directly to Plant3D database schemas for piping, instrumentation, and equipment. A native Plant3D DLL integration (Phase 2) is in active development and will allow direct sync to your P&ID project without manual import.
